We do not accept cash
for rent payments or deposits; however, we do offer a variety of other payment options to pay your rent.
Acceptable forms of payment include check, money order, and cashier’s check, in office and through our drop box, located at the back of our building. We also accept debit, credit, and online payments with a convenience fee.
By submitting ANY online payment you agree to ALL Just Rentals policies and payment policies. Your submission of a payment online will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of such policies.

Our preferred method of payment is through your online payment account with our payment provider. Please review the instructions to register your online account.
Online payments are comparable to check payments. You will need your routing and account number, and it will take 5 business days
for your payment to clear. If your payment does not clear, you will be charged a $45.00 NSF fee in addition to any fees charged by the payment provider and your bank.
Payments from savings accounts are typically rejected and subject to NSF fees.
