Thank you for viewing our website and properties. Hopefully, Just Rentals has a property that fits your budget and family needs. Our aim is to help make your move a smooth transition by taking some of the stress off you and your family. We are here to help and any and all questions or concerns are welcome. Enjoy our website and viewing the properties that are being offered for rent at this time.

Checking Out Keys

To view one of our properties, you can come by our office to check out a key. Just Rentals cannot meet you at a property or accompany you to a property for viewing. To check out a key, we require a $20.00 key deposit, good for up to 3 keys, and a copy of your driver’s license or US identification. We cannot accept military ID’s as a form of identification. Keys can be checked out Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm; all keys must be returned by 4:30 pm. On Saturday, keys are available for checkout from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm; all keys must be returned by 2:00 pm on Saturday.

NOTE: Income verification must be submitted prior to checking out keys on a property that rents for $1,200.00 per month or higher.


We do not rent properties sight unseen, so prior to submitting an application, please do a thorough inspection of the home, both inside and out. The application fee is $45.00 and is non-refundable. It takes 24 to 48 hours to process the application, after which, you will be notified as to whether or not your application has been approved. At that time, the rental process must begin.

Military Waivers

Just Rentals does not accept military waivers.

Moving In

Upon taking possession of the property, you will need to complete an initial inspection with the property inspector. This is required for the protection of both parties. You will need to have the utilities turned on for the inspection so that all appliances can be tested and pictures taken. Any deficiencies documented at the initial walk thru will be noted on the inspection report so that you will not be responsible for them when you vacate the property. Keys will be given to the Lessee after the inspection.

Payment of Rent

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. For your convenience, we allow a 2 day grace period and will accept rent through the 3rd with no penalty to you. Checks, money orders, or direct deposits are acceptable forms of payment.
